**Sunless tanning - please exfoliate 24 hours prior to your spray appointment, wear no lotion or makeup for best results. We will offer "exMitts" for those "on a whim" spray tan days to help pH balance and exfoliation prior. Avoid getting wet or sweating for at least 6 hours after spray tan; can shower after 8, but don’t wait longer than 24 hours
Appointment Policy:
· Appointments can be made no less than one (1) hour prior to “use” time.
· We will hold your reservation for five (5) minutes after your scheduled time, if you are more than five (5) minutes late and do not call; your reserved bed will be given to the person in-store waiting (if applicable)
· A “no call/no show” appointment will result in blocked/cancelled appointments for one week
· A second “no call/no show” offense - will result in blocked/cancelled appointments for one month
· A third offense will result in appointment block, permanently.
There are no fees to book an appointment, and no fees to cancel; but, please be courteous of other people’s time and arrive on time for your appointment

Prep Notes prior to Sunless (Spray) Tanning:
Shower and exfoliate skin prior to all VersaSpa® tanning sessions. Our specially formulated solution is applied and absorbed into the top layers of the skin and will fade with the natural exfoliation process of the skin. Starting a UV-Free session with freshly rejuvenated skin will deliver the best results.
Apply VersaSpa® Intensifying Primer - this weightless gel-lotion absorbs quickly and balances your pH levels and conditions the skin to accelerate development time and intensify the tan for all sunless and UV tanning. (sold separately)
Remove all jewelry. Body piercing jewelry can remain.
Bring/wear dark-colored, loose-fitted clothing to wear after tanning (preferably cotton). All other solutions besides the Bronze Tanning solution will not rub off on clothes (bronze may rub off on clothing)
Post Sunless tanning - extend your tan length with our Norvell Venetian (bronzing) self-tan lotion; specially formulated with anti-orange bronzer pigments; or our Vivid Boost self-tan lotion. Vivid Boost is infused with a blend of botanicals with a powerful dose of antioxidants that help protect and renew the skin for a long, lasting tan. (both sold separately)
REFUNDS/RETURNS
No refunds/returns on lotions (unless IMMEDIATELY after purchase)
EFT cancellation possible after 6th monthly payment. No refunds on EFT charges if not canceled 7 days prior to next charge. Declined EFT payments will require 2nd (backup) payment if you reinstate your membership. You will be charged for declined month and current month, if at least 1 month in arrears. 2nd month of no contact/no approved charge will void your tanning privileges and make you ineligible for EFT for one year
Prorated refund on M2M tanning, if cancelled within the first 2 weeks of the monthly charge. No refund if on the 15th day or later
